1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the internal applications or websites provided by Easy Study ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Easy Study grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our applications on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or create derivative works based on our applications. You also agree not to:

• Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Service;
• Exploit the Service or any of its parts for any commercial purpose;
• Harass, threaten, or defame other users or Easy Study staff;
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.

4. Virtual Items and Currency

Our games may include virtual currency (e.g., coins, gems) or virtual items. You acknowledge that these Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for actual currency, goods, or services from us or anyone else. All sales of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including without limitation any games, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catch phrases, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, documentation, in-game chat transcripts, character profile information, recordings of games played using our game client, and the Easy Study game clients and server software) are owned by Easy Study.

6. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service, including any accounts you may have with us, at any time and for any reason without prior notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EASY STUDY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Easy Study is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
