Account Deletion & Data Removal
At Easy Study, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. In accordance with Google Play's Data Safety policies, we provide a way for you to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.
How to Delete Your Data
You can request the permanent deletion of your account and data through the following method:
- By Email Request:
Please send an email to our support team at support@easy-study.net with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
In your email, please include:- Your registered email address (if applicable).
- Your unique User ID (found in the app's Settings menu, if applicable).
- A brief statement confirming you want to delete your account.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon your request, we will permanently delete the following data associated with your account:
- Account Information: Username, email address, avatar, and profile settings.
- Game Data: All game progress, levels completed, high scores, and inventory items.
- Usage Data: Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID) and activity logs collected for analytics.
Note: Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you start using our app again, you will be considered a new user.
Data Retention & Processing Time
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. We may retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as tax records for in-app purchases), but such data will be isolated and not used for any other purpose.
